lives in Batavia, NY, between Buffalo and Rochester. I am 61 years old and a retired secondary social studies teacher and LCDR in the US Navy Reserve. Married for 37 years, we have four children and five grandchildren. One son works in the Detroit area, the other in Washington, D.C. Our two daughters live in the Batavia area. I like hunting, fishing, chess (big surprise!), reading and the grandchildren. I am an elected town councilman in Batavia, serving my second four year term. I also have one other distinction, I am a MAC user. I enjoy the friendliness and camaraderie on 50 Ageless and look forward to meeting everyone every day.
