Born February 19, 1949 in Coco Solo, Panama, Bob resides in Capeville, Virginia with his wife of 33 years.  Bob graduated Laurel High School in Maryland in 1967 and joined the U. S. Navy in June of 1968.  His 23 year Naval career allowed his family to travel the globe. Both of his children were born during his 3 year tour of duty on the Pacific island of Guam during 1971 - 1974.  Bob's son Robert is a 1995 graduate of Norfolk State University and is currently a Kindergarten teacher in the Virginia Beach City Schools.  Bob's daughter Christina, a graduate of Old Dominion University and the University of Connecticut, teaches Orchestra with the Chesapeake City School system in Virginia. Bob's wife Jane is a retired teacher's assistant.  Bob and his wife are building their retirement home.  You can follow their progress on his website.  His hobbies include salt water fishing  and of course IRC and other computer related fun. Bob has been active in #50ageless since March of 1997.
