Swirl and topping: 1/2 cup sugar mixed with 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add
one
egg at a time. Stir in vanilla. In a separate bowl,
mix together
flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients
alternately with sour cream -- flour mixture added first and last --
to cream mixture. Pour half of batter into a greased tube pan.
Marbelize 2/3 of the swirl and topping mixture. Pour remaining
batter in pan then sprinkle top with remaining swirl and topping
mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 50 minutes.
Let cool on rack then remove from pan.
